Well this is a nice topic. Well, would love to read the complete speech.

This speech on Karma is what Lord Krishna Has spoken about in Bhagvad Gita.

"karmanye vadhika raste; Ma phaleshu kadachana; ma karma phala he tur bhuh, ma te sangvasta karmani;"

Which I hope you know what it means, still I will put it down over here,

You have a duty, you have an obligation to do, but you have no right to expect a particular consequence or result or fruit to follow from what you do. This is a very difficult, pithy enunciation in the Bhagavadgita - that we have duties but we cannot expect any fruits from the duties that we perform.

So regardless of whatever we think and however we avoid the temptation of not to get something back in return, subconsciously we do so. Thus this again rolls the wheels of our Karma. Its a catch 22 situation, where, I remember mentioning it to you, that every beginning has an end and that every end always has a new beginning.

Somehow our satisfaction and Karma are linked. When you wanted something u had a desire, when you achieve that, you are still not satisfied and you still want something better than that. Achieving something must lead to Satisfaction, but in turn this end leads us into desiring to achieve something new. See, this is the Karmic cycle. A soul is never satisfied, however it may try to escape this. Even trying to escape these karmic schackles lead to a desire and to satisfy every desire begins a new cycle of Karma.

Let me know what you think.
